A duet or semi-private session can be a fun way to enjoy Pilates with a friend, partner, or family member.. Each duet session will be tailored for both clients’ needs and is a positive way to enjoy movement and exercise at a lower cost-per-person than private sessions.
Duet sessions are typically reformer and/or mat-only, though occasionally other Pilates apparatuses may be incorporated depending on available space and equipment.
